    While there are other uses to explore for this valuable oil, I originally intended to use it in the topical application prior to exercising, ....blood circulation, targeting areas, etc... I have not used it often or consistently enough to endorse its use for this purpose.

    I live for spicy food! Whenever I make food, I use a few drops depending on how spicy I want it, and it works great for when you have a sore throat! A drop or two of chili oil with a lemon and just gargle it for a min.
